Radi Nu'ma

Radi Nu'ma, British forces, Basra, May 8, 2003.

UK soldiers delivered a note to house, “Radi Nu'ma suffered a heart attack while we were asking him questions about his son. We took him to the hospital.” Family were told at the hospital that no person of that name existed. Body found in morgue. Regimental Military Police had delivered unidentified corpse on May 8 and told staff that cause of death was a heart attack, but did not give any other historical or identifying information.
